Existentialism is a broad term which encompasses many different philosophical writings. It raises important questions about how we live our lives, what our responsibilities are to ourselves and other people, how we are affected by society, family and culture into which we are born, and what gives us a sense of purpose.
Analysis refers to possible layers of meaning which may emerge out of the client’s free associations and the psychotherapist’s listening.

I practice in-person at the Bloomsbury Therapy Centre in Holborn (London) and The Tree Room in Colchester (Essex). I also offer sessions online or by telephone.

I charge £70 a session in London and £50 a session in Colchester, open to negotiation which we can discuss upon meeting.

I normally offer four free cancellations a year. This does not include whenever I am away which is rare. We can discuss any such matters, including fees, in the opening session.

I have slots available Monday to Friday (daytime and evening) and also offer sessions on Saturday mornings (9.30am-12.30pm), depending on availability.
